LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (Field-Based)
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 base + commission

- Conduct on-site consultations with residential, HOA, and commercial clients
- Diagnose tree health issues and recommend appropriate services
- Sell tree care solutions including:
- pruning and trimming
- removals
- stump grinding
- plant health care and treatments
- Prepare and present customized service proposals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Leverage company-provided leads while actively generating new opportunities
- Manage pipeline and client activity using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven experience selling tree care, landscaping, or arboriculture services
- Strong working knowledge of:
- tree trimming and pruning
- removals and stump grinding
- plant health care and disease/pest issues
- Ability to assess and explain tree conditions and recommend solutions
- Experience working with residential clients, HOAs, or commercial properties
- Self-driven with the ability to generate leads and manage a territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with a high level of independence
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
- ISA Certified Arborist
- TRAQ certification
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Oracle, or similar)
