As the company continues to grow its presence in Canada, they are looking for a technically minded, customer-focused professional to support their Ontario territory. This role plays a key part in supporting sales teams, training partners, and ensuring customers get the most out of their equipment through strong technical expertise and relationship building.

- Serve as the technical expert for the Ontario territory, supporting customers, sales teams, and field representatives.
- Deliver technical training sessions for sales teams, service partners, and customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for beverage appliances and equipment.
- Travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and training locations throughout Ontario.
- Work closely with the sales team to support product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and technical consultations.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Assist customers and partners with equipment setup, operation, and best practices.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, service partners, and sales to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, appliances, or electrical/mechanical systems.
- Experience working with commercial equipment, appliances, beverage systems, or similar technical products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate others.
- A customer-facing mindset and comfort working directly with clients.
- Experience supporting sales teams or delivering technical product training is an asset.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario for customer visits, training sessions, and trade shows.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills.
