- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or related environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
- Experience in high-volume, complex operational settings
- Proven ability to drive strategy, lead change, and scale operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience with operational systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma is an asset)
