Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 base salary + full benefits

What Will You Do?
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and supplier partners
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, programs, and agreements with vendors
  • Stay hands-on with day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier coordination
  • Analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and purchasing data
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pricing strategies and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and supplier alignment
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendor partners
  • Support inventory planning, forecasting, and overall purchasing execution
What Do You Bring?
  • 5-8+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
  • Certified Supply Chain Leader designation preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
  • Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Solid understanding of logistics, freight, and supplier coordination
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret purchasing and performance data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel skills an asset)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable being hands-on in a key business function
