We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Developer. This is a key role within an established data team, focused on enhancing reporting capabilities, improving data processes, and supporting business decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in complex data environments. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into scalable data solutions and driving continuous
improvement.

- Design and deliver BI solutions using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and data models
- Evaluate and optimize dashboards, reports, and data processes
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and usability
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance standards are met
- Support continuous improvement of analytics workflows
- Provide guidance and share best practices within the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments is an asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with additional reporting or CRM tools is a plus
