$70,000 guaranteed draw + uncapped commission

We are supporting a rapidly growing, design-forward company in the outdoor living and landscape industry in hiring a Luxury Landscape Sales Professional .
This is not a transactional sales role, it is an opportunity to sell a vision, guide customers through meaningful decisions, and deliver a high-end experience.

- Guide customers through a consultative sales process, from discovery to close
- Design and present customized landscape solutions
- Sell full-service packages including product, delivery, installation, and ongoing care
- Confidently close high-value sales, often in a single visit
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction through project completion
- Maintain product knowledge and use internal tools to support the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Continuously develop your sales skills and product expertise
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience
- Proven ability to close high-ticket, face-to-face sales
- Background in industries such as:
- Luxury retail
- Furniture or mattress sales
- Home remodeling or construction showrooms
- Automotive, RV, or similar consultative sales environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell value and create a compelling vision for customers
- Comfortable working weekends in a retail-style environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and income-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
