Regional Sales Manager (Investments) - English/Mandarin Bilingual
Location: Remote – Greater Vancouver

Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $250,000+

Our client is a growing and highly respected investment management firm with ambitious objectives around expanding distribution partnerships and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM). They are seeking a seasoned sales leader who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class advisor support and market expertise.

What Will You Do?
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Eastern Canada (80% Quebec focus)
  • Build and expand relationships within the financial advisor channel
  • Engage advisors via in-person meetings, roadshows, virtual meetings, and phone outreach
  • Identify and cultivate new advisor relationships not currently penetrated
  • Provide market insights, product education, and portfolio positioning guidance
  • Support advisors in understanding real estate and alternative investment strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and reporting
What Do You Bring?
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, ideally in wholesaling
  • Strong existing network within the CIRO advisor community (IIROC / MFDA)
  • Experience with REITs, private equity, or alternative investment products preferred
  • Demonstrated success exceeding capital raise targets
  • Strong consultative sales approach and relationship-building capability
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Passion for real estate and alternative investments
