Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a growing and highly respected investment management firm with ambitious objectives around expanding distribution partnerships and increasing Assets Under Management (AUM). They are seeking a seasoned sales leader who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class advisor support and market expertise.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Eastern Canada (80% Quebec focus)
- Build and expand relationships within the financial advisor channel
- Engage advisors via in-person meetings, roadshows, virtual meetings, and phone outreach
- Identify and cultivate new advisor relationships not currently penetrated
- Provide market insights, product education, and portfolio positioning guidance
- Support advisors in understanding real estate and alternative investment strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and reporting
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, ideally in wholesaling
- Strong existing network within the CIRO advisor community (IIROC / MFDA)
- Experience with REITs, private equity, or alternative investment products preferred
- Demonstrated success exceeding capital raise targets
- Strong consultative sales approach and relationship-building capability
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for real estate and alternative investments
