We are proud to partner with them to add a dynamic Regional Foreman / Project Manager to their team. - 2 weeks’ vacation + 2 personal days
- Lead and supervise a crew of 5 (2 sprayers, 3 prep/laborers) across multiple job sites.
- Oversee projects that typically last 1–4 days, with schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
- Manage approximately 20% travel (mix of local and overnight).
- Ensure proper application of specialized corrosion protection systems.
- Coordinate logistics, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for scheduling, reporting, and project updates.
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team of 5+ in construction, utilities, or related industries.
- Knowledge of piping, underground water utilities, or land development.
- Familiarity with coating, lining, or infrastructure rehabilitation systems is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage crews and liaise with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (local and overnight) and adapt to varying job site demands. (30-50%)
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and maintain productivity in the field.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
