JOB TITLE:  Regional Foreman / Project Manager

LOCATION:  Jacksonville, FL 

SALARY RANGE:  $30–$40 per hour

What Will You Do?
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 5 (2 sprayers, 3 prep/laborers) across multiple job sites.
  • Oversee projects that typically last 1–4 days, with schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
  • Manage approximately 20% travel (mix of local and overnight).
  • Ensure proper application of specialized corrosion protection systems.
  • Coordinate logistics, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for scheduling, reporting, and project updates.
What Do You Bring?
  • Proven experience supervising or leading a team of 5+ in construction, utilities, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of piping, underground water utilities, or land development.
  • Familiarity with coating, lining, or infrastructure rehabilitation systems is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage crews and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (local and overnight) and adapt to varying job site demands. (30-50%)
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and maintain productivity in the field.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
