- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, events, and other channels
- Partner closely with Sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI
- Oversee multiple concurrent marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and scalability as the business continues to grow
- Present marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization ahead of the curve
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience as a Marketing Manager or senior marketing professional
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a small marketing team
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring campaign performance
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CMS platforms, HTML, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing technologies
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field is considered an asset
