LOCATION: Greater Toronto Area (preferred) / Remote across Canada
SALARY RANGE: $100,000 – $122,000 + bonus + benefits
This is fully remote position, with occasional travel required for team meetings.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Build and manage the technology roadmap for the A&D business unit
- Oversee vendors, managed service providers, and external consultants
- Lead and support large-scale transformation initiatives including ERP improvements, system modernization, and integrations
- Collaborate with internal project managers, business analysts, and program leadership to ensure successful delivery
- Strong background in business-facing IT roles such as Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Applications/Solutions Manager
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end IT projects in transformation-focused environments
- Experience working with ERP systems and understanding of systems integration and application lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and external partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Comfort working in evolving, less-defined environments
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, or warehousing systems is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Microsoft 365 is considered an asset
