Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team with a strong focus on payroll processing. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for a large employee base, while also supporting broader HR functions as needed.

- Support onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and general HR coordination tasks
- Act as a point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll
- Experience processing payroll for mid-to-large employee populations (200+ preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
