JOB TITLE: Human Resources Business Partner
LOCATION: Burlington, ON (in-office)
SALARY: $65,000-85,000 (experience dependent)

What Will You Do?
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
  • Lead and support workplace investigations as required
  • Assist with performance reviews, and employee development planning
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and hiring decisions
  • Lead initiatives and help plan company events and outings
  • Oversee core HR processes, including HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, and policy implementation
  • Support change initiatives and help scale HR programs, policies, and processes as the business grows
What Do You Bring?
    • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑moving or growing company
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Comfortable coaching managers and building strong working relationships at all levels
    • Experience with performance reviews, employee engagement, and team development
    • Hands‑on experience with HR systems and applicant tracking tools
    • Proactive and adaptable, able to balance big‑picture thinking with day‑to‑day execution
