Location:  Moncton, NB, Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)

Salary Range: $82,600 – $103,300

You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing critical enterprise systems while supporting ongoing cloud initiatives, particularly within Microsoft Azure. What Will You Do?
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Support and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services and related technologies
  • Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning
  • Manage Windows Server environments and related enterprise technologies
  • Assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure technology services
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology implementations
  • Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Contribute to security best practices and compliance initiatives
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
What Do You Bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration, or a similar enterprise IT role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services
  • Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and best practices
  • Experience administering Windows Server environments
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across infrastructure platforms
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
  • Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies within IT operations
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with networking technologies including switching, routing, and firewalls
  • Linux administration experience
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • Exposure to infrastructure automation and scripting
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks
