- Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure environments
- Support and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services and related technologies
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning
- Manage Windows Server environments and related enterprise technologies
- Assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure technology services
- Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology implementations
- Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Contribute to security best practices and compliance initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration, or a similar enterprise IT role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and best practices
- Experience administering Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across infrastructure platforms
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies within IT operations
- Experience with networking technologies including switching, routing, and firewalls
- Linux administration experience
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Exposure to infrastructure automation and scripting
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks
